VideoJ: Thanks for the tip. If anyone knows any techs that go back to the roots of creating the technology to send video and audio over the internet, than that would be a tremendous help.
Others have made suggestions and I can assure everyone that we are looking into every possible angle.
The most helpful information will be regarding material published in the US prior to 1989.
