CRITERIA OF SELECTION OF MATERIALS ON FESTIVAL COMPETITION
- Erotic films are accepted by duration from 60 till 360 minutes. The Russian erotic films presented on competition, should be registered the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Illegal films on competition are not accepted. Legality is defined according to the modern norms accepted in the Russian society: absence in a context of sexual action of human corpses, violence, animals and children till 18 years.
- Preview trailers are accepted by duration from 10 seconds till 1 minute. Any erotic production or service should be advertised. On duration for trailers exceptions, if a material interesting enough are possible.
- Musical clips are accepted by duration from 2 till 5 minutes. The clip should be devoted an erotic theme and contain original music and the text. Use of the stranger musical or a video series is not supposed.
- The materials contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation on competition are not accepted.
The requirement about registration in the Ministry of Culture of Russia does not concern foreign films, preview trailers and musical clips.
- Products for participation in competition on the majority of nominations should be created within 3th years before date of Solemn ceremony of rewarding of winners. In nominations for the best products of last years works created before 3 summer periods before date of Solemn ceremony of rewarding of winners are considered.
DUTIES OF THE BEARER OF THE MATERIAL ON COMPETITION
Viewing of pictures.
The bearer of work is obliged from an own site or a site on an exchange of files to provide viewing of a material by a festival Electoral College. The material should be accessible by means of viewing directly on a site or after material downloading on the computer. It is recommended to provide an input under the password which will be known only to Еlectors of festival and Оrganizers.
The covering letter.
The bearer of work is obliged to give the covering letter with the list of the given works and instructions for each work:
1. Year of release.
2. The director.
3. Actors and actresses.
4. The author of the scenario.
5. The designer of suits
6. The film editor of video.
7. The sound producer.
8. The operator.
9. The producer.
10. The studio-manufacturer name.
11. The budget.
12. Additional data on a film.

The list of the materials selected by the Electoral Сollege becomes known and public. The information takes places on an official site of festival, extends in Internet blogs and a press.
At the announcement of selection of the submitted work on competition of festival and reception of the status of the nominee by it, the bearer of the demand is obliged immediately and independently to cut and give a minimum 3 (three) trailers with the most outstanding or characteristic scenes from a film for public demonstration. Trailers should be presented in a format .wmv or .avi without difficult special codecs (for example: Cineform it is not supposed).
QUANTITY OF MATERIALS WHICH CAN
TO GIVE ON COMPETITION ONE MANUFACTURER/STUDIO
- A musical clip = 1 work.
- A preview trailer of erotic production = 1 work.
- An erotic film = 10 works.
1 work participates in competition of 1 times. Granting of the same work on festival competition the next years is not supposed.
ELECTORAL COLLEGE
Members of the Electoral College can become people who owing to the professional work or hobbies concern a sensuality, possess art taste and special knowledge in the field of the creative activity connected with production for adults. Members of the Electoral College should be engaged with interest selection of materials on festival competition. Payments for work on selection of films it is not provided. Quantity of members of the Electoral college: 20-30 persons. The list of members of the Electoral College is informed publicly on July, 1st (or earlier) annually. In the list are specified Name-Surname and the reference to an Internet resource.
ELECTORAL COLLEGE DUTIES
The Electoral college duty consists in selection of representative quantity of works, sufficient and convenient for viewing by judges and spectators of final Solemn ceremony of rewarding of winners.
- A musical clip: no more than 10 clips of all.
- A preview trailer: from 5 to 20 rollers of all.
- An erotic film: from 2 to 5 in each nomination.
At excess of quantity of applicants electors should select the most interesting works, consulting to the Chairman of the Electoral college.
If on competition it is submitted 1 or less works which can be considered in one nomination the Chairman of the Electoral College notifies on it the Chairman of Jury and the Organizer, and the given nomination during the current year from competition is erased.
Result of work of the Electoral college is the document «Description of nominees» with instructions:
1. Quantities of works-applicants in a nomination.
2. Year of release.
3. The director.
4. Actors and actresses.
5. The author of the scenario.
6. The designer of suits
7. The film editor of video.
8. The sound producer.
9. The operator.
10. The producer.
11. The studio-manufacturer name.
12. The budget.
13. Additional data.
On termination of work of the Electoral College the Chairman of the Electoral college solemnly transfers «the Description of nominees» together with references and passwords to downloading to the Chairman of Jury. Control date: on January, 1st annually.
FESTIVAL JURY
Judges of festival can become people who owing to the professional work or hobbies concern a sensuality, possess art taste and special knowledge in the field of the creative activity connected with production for adults. Judges should be engaged with interest an assessment of works, submitted on festival competition. Payments for work are not provided. Quantity of judges: 20-30 persons. The list of judges is informed publicly on December, 31st (or earlier) annually. In the list are specified Name-Surname and the reference to an Internet resource.
Criteria of selection of Jury:
The person participating in work by Jury should:
- During previous life to have time to bring the contribution to development of the Russian sensuality or?
- During previous life to have time to bring the contribution to development of world art or?
- During previous life to have time to bring the contribution to reproduction of the person on a planet the Earth.
The person participating in work by Jury should not:
- To expose during the current year the works on competition.
JURY PRESIDIUM
They are judges who have found possibility personally to arrive on Solemn ceremony of rewarding of winners. Into a duty of Presidium of Jury enters:
1. Development of the decision on winners in nominations of a category "Aperitif" during festival carrying out directly ahead of Solemn ceremony of rewarding of winners.
2. Signing of the report of Jury.
2. Participation in Solemn transfer of the report of Jury on a scene leader.
