If memory serves me right they had like 100+ phone lines on rotary system into system at a price of $29.95/month or $89.95/year or so with download limit of 5 megs a day I believe unless you uploaded which increased your download limit.

As all successful BBS had back then, their Warez section was their eventual achilles heel.
