everything different, IP, domain, host, and image file details (size, name, resolution, format was actually the same .jpg).... the only thing which is the same is it the source image (from Wikimedia Commons) but if it's edited how would Google know it's the same image? Well, unless it has human intelligence or real person was picking the results.
