can't go that low for babesector, got a sale pending for $250 as-is from a buyer here on gfy that i trust will come through when he has the money. so it will more than likely go out once his end of the month checks come in. offer was out there before the sales thread, so just looking to to match or pull a little more off it for a quick sale as opposed to waiting a week or two. also have a backup of $200 for it with an offer to help mod some things.
this site/design has been pulling the most interest so far, so i'm not budging on that one.
the $250 offer for youngerhoneys i'm giving serious consideration at the moment, and after a quick email with bdld is confirmed. If nobody can beat a $250 offer there, I will more than likely close the sale on that one tomorrow night.
if anyone should happen to be interest in that site, get your bids in now. it's got some good age and backlinks behind it, and is a good start for somebody's seo project.
as for the latex site, realistically, i'd probably let it go for $150 to get a quick sale pushed through.
