to everyone here talking about weight,
biology has some but shit all to do with anything,
its all about cardio, nothing else fuck any diet and excersize program,
its about eating a well rounded diet, to much of anything is bad and to little of anything is bad,
anyone i mean anyone can lose weight ppl r just lazy and want to quick of results like they say it takes a lifetime to build up weights and eating habbits and it wont go away in 1 day.
