Asbestos.
The WTC had been operating under a waiver to delay the
removal of asbestos which was all throughout the buildings.
Estimated cost of removal was in the billions.
Silversteen took over the WTC for $370 million.
A "fraction" of it's "supposed value".
The building was old and using too much power.
Tenants in the WTC were getting smaller and smaller because better buildings
were available.
Not saying he destroyed it; just stating a motive for such a thing.
