If it is a plantar's wart, you can get pads to get rid of it, but the most effective thing is to put *drum roll* duct tape on it for a few weeks... Oxygen makes them grow, so cutting off their oxygen supply generally encourages them to die off. Have you been picking/cutting at it? Loooks like it.. If so, stop.. That's how you can spread it more quickly.
