And it's not minimum wage anymore either, people want ridiculous salaries and benefits ... hell we even see it in adult. Affiliate manager X wants $100k/year, doesn't want to generate sales to get it, just wants the title and the money. Welp, guess what? I'll hire the guy who will take $22k/year plus commission.
I see both sides and there isn't one side to blame. Americans brought a lot of this on ourselves and the gov't didn't think it would ever get this out of control.

America started doing that to itself in the Reagan Era and it died down for like a half a day and then picked right up again. Anyway, you should not be coming here trying to steal my kids job. It's that simple. Fuck civil rights unless it applies to me and my and yes you should get more benefits for being born here and maybe even more for having to come here legally and pass all those tests and everything.
