Crime happens every day... but you don't see them standing at the home depot anymore or any place, they aren't pulling up here to clean peoples houses or yards in my area or cars or selling crap all over, and they aren't serving you food at any place with a lic to do business.
They do get used... often hired by companies that are doing illegal activities and need to hire someone that will look the other way.
