You leave email or a public message and it take days sometimes for them to respond.
They lost their merchant account last fall, turned to heavy duty scrubbing and chased most of their big earners away to other companies!
They constantly edit their own forum board so there are no negative posts about the company.
It takes up to 10 days for a check to get to your home once it is mailed for whatever reason.
People have turned away in disgust because of the length of time they take in getting a new site approved and up and running.
Does this sound like a company you want to trust your signups with? Not me!

HATER - Post a message when you are using ProBilling not what your friend told you. I am aware of there problems in the past but there are no problems now. Customer support is great, paid on time everytime. I have had 1 chargeback in 4 weeks, when I was using IBILL there was 2x that. No VISA rules for us Canucks is preety sweet too.
