embrace the idea.....tell her she is really making a good choice and that you are proud of her that she is thinking more like she is 35 and that he is a great guy and you would like to spend some time hanging out since you are so close in age and.....etc etc
she will dump him in a week. 20 year old girls just want to be all grown up and if they think you approve she will do the opposite. Figure out out who you would really want her with and say " I hope you never bring a guy like *blank* home" then you get what you want.
