If I were to set-up a paysite running on ccbill, how much would it cost all together roughly?

$750 ccbill set-up?
$500-1000 design
$ cms?
domain and hosting already in place.

content production and other expenses not included. adverts and traffic not included.

Any other expenses i'm missing?

Or would my guestimate of about $2000-3000 be about right for something basic?
