Michael, I am glad you are looking out for the biz, but I wouldn't take such wild leaps to think they are going to shut down the business. An advocacy group saying that they intend to send a letter to a state commissinoer is hardly even an announcement, much less news, and not exactly the same thing as filing a complaint.
