I use my land line telco that I have my T1/ business phone service through for my 800 number.
I suppose you could contact one of the telco's and ask them for a Remote Call Forwarding number ($15-25). Then purchase an 800 number (Pay by Minute), forward it to that, and then forward your RCF to your cell.
