She gets paid over $20,000 a month in child support and already had two new TLC shows in the works but still cries she's a "working mother" and needs to work to support the kids. Though she gets that much child support, lives in a million dollar home, and has three full-time nannies raising the kids. She's never home unless she has to for whatever photo-op she's paid for.
