I have recruited lots of new models through online sources over the years. Especially SexyJobs.com and OMP. I never tried Model Mayhem though. Besides agents; model referrals and girls emailing me through my sites have always worked well for me. Back in the 90's I used to comb strip clubs all over North America pretty successfully but don't have time or patience for that anymore. Being a well known porn director for nineteen years has gotten me so many relationships with people on all levels of the business that I can pretty much just sit back and check my email and wait for my phone to ring nowadays with new teen girls almost every day.
