Oh, I see, he "took control" over someone's sites? I force email verification, use Captcha and as many other anti-spam methods available (disallow comments from users with emails on free hosts is one way). If someone does get through, I block the IP and sometimes the C-Class.
There are ways to prevent spam. So, go ahead and try to "take control" of my sites.
