This isn't about some guy with good serps and people trying to sabotage them, its about a spam bot, hitting everything with a comment system, forum, or guestbook.
I've got his spam on almost all of my sites. Do I like it? Of course not, am I reporting him, of course not. Is it right and does this stuff eat up valuable time and resources from legit webmasters.
