Aerius works fine for me. Same with Reactine which is cheaper. I've used Claritin as well.
Chlor-triplon or Benedryl both work very well too, but they tend to put me to sleep.
So I usually go with Reactine. Why? Because it works, and it's not as over-priced as some of the others.
