Well I spoke to Bari, she did what she could and told me it would never happen again but the issue still isnt fixed so Im in wait and see mode. Unfourtantly my hands are tied right now so the only thing I can do is give them the opportunity to make things right. Its premature for me to go into specifics right now but im not happy for sure and how they handle things will have a major impact on my decision to stay with them or leave for another registrar.
