There was a link on the net I use to have that was a longggg story about a mainstream company who actually had those same type of signs and placed them all over the country... literally all over the country. If you saw one of those signs, 99% chance it was theirs. Direct traffic to their sites, all in-house generated. I forget what happened EXACTLY (it's been about a year since i read the story) but it didn't end well and I'm not even sure if they're still around.
Just be careful man, don't wanna see you getting into any trouble. Each state has different laws with this kind of stuff.
