If you think you need to use a product, do it. Anything you need to boost your @motivation@
Then do all the things you associate with smoking. Drinking, eating, sex... take advantage of your high willpower.
Then get used to the new habit. Always have fruits and vegetables around cause you're going to be looking to replace your oral fixation (ladies please contact me via icq).
Its amazing how just after a few days you will notice a difference. Especially cardio.
