great question ... but what you are looking at is not the affiliate tour
when affiliates signup for our program they have the option of going with either Ccbill or Zombaio and they send their traffic to the respective tours for what ever billing option they prefer
this is pretty much how it works with any adult program ... often times the default tour page is not the same page that affiliates send their traffic too
heres an example using Kiesha Little
click one of the following links and you will notice that the option for the secondary biller is not present. These are affiliate tours
http://kieshalittle.com/indexz.html --- the z stands for Zombaio ( a billing company)
http://kieshalittle.com/indexc.html --- the c stands for ccbill ( another billing company )
