There was a rape case years ago where a college student held a woman for days raping and torturing her. He got off and walked because the "judge" said the woman wanted it because of the emails they had exchanged before. How she had said oh yeah I want this and I like that and I want you to do all this other shit to me. So on which day when he had her kidnapped and holding her against her will with her saying no & stop didn't the rapist and the judge understand? Just because it started off one way doesn't mean that's how she wanted it to end or expected. But this guy got off because of EMAILS that were written beforehand.
