Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney worked out on South Beach a few days ago. Kim was showing the world that her amazing body is due to a lot of hard work. Maybe that's why she can kick butt in court, now that having a great body helps you with legal issues, but still. Kim Kardashian won a court battle dealing with her ex husband and a maid.
According to TMZ: Kim's former maid, Isabel Hernandez, filed suit against both Kim and her former hubby, Damon Thomas, claiming they stiffed her to the tune of $29,000 in back wages between 2006 - 2008.
Kim's defense was simple -- she moved out of the house in 2003 and divorced Thomas in 2004 ... so she had nothing to do with it.
The judge seem to agree with Kim Kardashian because she didn't have to cough up any money. Good job Kim! Now we can look at more pictures of you on the internet! Chea!
