Several lotto winners right here in my own city have done that. And that too confounds me. Again, I can see how it comes about, I just have trouble with the "why" of it all.
A lot of people have learned about acting, or welding, or driving a truck, or being a mechanic, doctor, ad exec, etc... but most have obviously failed to figure out how to be a good steward of their fortunes.
I have trouble feeling sorry for these people.
