No, but I was also not told that they were going to lose almost 100k worth of exclusive content.
If a company is trying to convince me on how kick ass their service is then perhaps they should make damn sure they have all their bases covered.
Losing data, hours of downtime, scripts that just stop working, customer service that can not be reached, mail servers that don't work, empty promises of how great their service is.....None of that is what I look for in a host.
