[WTS] CollegeRegrets.com Established Site

I have to sell my college girl blog, collegeregrets.com. I?ll spare you with the long explanation but the short story is my Wife found it and she was not very pleased to say the least. She liked the random checks that would show up but would rather me sell it and not have it ?in the house.?

I can send a screen shot of my main $$ earner who is Nasty Dollars to anyone who makes a bid.

I average about 750 ? 800 UVs per day via many keyword searches. I rank in the top 3 for some decent niche searches. I have done no link building either. A couple link exchanges but that is all.

Stats from Last 30 Days:

? Search Engines 9,879.00 (46.05%)
? Referring Sites 7,431.00 (34.64%)
? Direct Traffic 4,143.00 (19.31%)

The Sexkey revenue is via a gateway page that users can use to sign up to see more pictures like the ones I post on my blog. The signups trickle in but it does add up.

SexKey AVS - 15 x $25 = $375
Nasty dollars ? 32 x $35 = $1,120

Nasty Dollar Bonus Sales GFrevenge ? 2 x $65 = $130 (March 26th, 2010)

Total = $1,625 in 5 months = $325/month

I am willing to send the buyer my personal collection of these types of pics if they want to continue to post this type of content.

The blog has been around for a couple years but never monetized well?I made a post at GFY here:gfy.com/showthread.php?t=935931 This is why the revenue is only shown for 5 months as I turned to the experts on how to monetize my site.
Please post your questions and I will do my best to answer them to the best of my ability. All info will be given to any qualified purchaser including Google Analytics access and full access to all revenue sources. Domain and Hosting is on a GoDaddy.

My BIN price is 10 months income as I think that is fair for an adult site of this quality.

$3,250
