I want to rep some sites that use 3rd party billing, so I KNOW I'M NOT GETTING SKIMMED AND I WILL GET PAID ON SALES.

That's all. Not asking for the world.

I'm tired of the old "Fall in love with a new sponsor, post a bunch of promo links, make some sales (in the begining) and then get SKIMMED TO FUCKING DEATH AND MAKE NOTHING 3 MONTHS LATER....

I see the pattern and I'm tired of it.

Am I alone here?

I think the logic with sponsors that own their own merchant accounts is:

"Give 'em a few sales to excite them... then steal the rest... and not to worry, cause when the leave, other affiliates will follow in their footprints."

Is that the un spoken rule about sponsors with self owned merchant accounts? There is plenty of sheep out there, so don't worry about shearing them to the bone.

This industry is not regulated, so are affiliates that rep privately owned merchant accounts the real suckers in this industry?

All I know is men's testosterone levels do not recognize "tax season, holidays and school breaks..." There is no reason for "slow peaks in sales", But greed takes advantage of everything, all the time.

Hit me with your thoughts.
