Never said you need a court order for any content to be removed. We comply with all legal DMCA requests. But, you are living in an ignorant bliss if you think an upstream provider will cut off a major source of revenue over a DMCA request. If I have a valid argument that the content in question is legal, they will merely reply for you to continue up your chain of legal recourse in having someone remove content.
