I guess the only way to substantiate your misleading thread title is get an accurate number of people Al Queda has killed since its inception and then compare the two.
And its not like mass genocide hasn't been going on in Africa under the Islamic umbrella for hundreds and hundreds of years. Its almost as if every warlord in Africa whats to have his very own caliphate...silly mud people.
