W was bigtime anti-semitic. That's why he and Nietzsche, closest of friends, went their seperate ways. Nietzsche respected Jews. If Wagner had hated women, things would've been different.

A friend of mine is the last in the male line of the most famous sword making family in Germany- made Hitler's swords and all that. He's not too proud of that.
