As I see it, our job will not be to censor the industry, but rather to form codes of conduct that are conducive to giving members a level of professionalism and ethical conduct that consumers can come to appreciate and recognize as being responsible and fair.

We are not going to tell people what to do. We want to protect the industry from broad attacks that would affect us all... as in the Acacia matter, and we want to create a "Golden Rule" of good conduct, doing unto others as we would have done unto ourselves.

I think there is some excellent feedback going on here and I thank all of you for throwing in your two cents...
