It is called resisting arrest. It is pretty obvious she was not cooperating while they carried out their duties. If she had left on her own, or just shut up and put her hands behind her back, none of that would happen.
FWIW: Kids these days sure have a weird definition of physical violence. I saw nothing that indicated violence. The cops were subduing her, as they should.
