The law no longer cares about primary or secondary producers when it comes to who has to maintain the records. Both are now required to have the same docs and IDs. And a watermark isnt going to make a difference.

It should be noted that all the many tens of thousands of blogs, free sites, tube sites, forums and other sites (whether using sponsor content with permission or not) are essentially just completely ignoring this and getting away with it.
