It all depends on how you use us. You will get the best result if you geo target your billing page. Present you regular page to those people in countries you know you can bill with credit cards, cascade declined to us and most of all, use us for your international traffic.
As far as increase in revenues, I think 5 to 6% increase is a realistic number. Although, you can easily increase that by using those simple steps I just mentioned.
As far as paying your affiliates, if you use CCBill cascading system, then they will be credited as Due mentioned, and if you use NATS then they will also be credited, so it is a win win situation.
