Exactly. If i have to pay 20k more then them in taxes year that is still 20k i would rather have spent on somethng else regardless of how much i made. With the amount of taxes I pay MORE then my alcohol neighbor across the street I could buy a very decent car every year. Yet i apparently owe him something because I work for a living and he crawls home on all 4s every second day at 7 or 8am (I'm not joking either, I gotta film it some time heh). On top of that, come end of the year who is going to get an audit? Me of course, not him. They will send people to my office to make sure I have all the things I wrote off on my company, and try to find any little fucking hole or problem possible to try to milk even more out of me.
