You do realise the top 50% of income earners pay 96% of tax don't you. Hell the top 1% pay 40% of tax over there.
You keep trying to farm the wealthy, you might convince them to get out and leave your broke ass to pick up the tab they have been picking up for you for years. The funniest thing is how lower class people seem to think the wealthy achievers owe them something.
