God Dammit, these are annoying as fuck. Bots are the the fucking insects of cyber-space, feeding on your traffic like insects feed on crops. Is anyone on the net a fucking person anymore? I understand the rationale for some kinds of bots, like auto-submitters and friend requesters, so long as they are approved by the sites they crawl. But blog comment/forum post spam bots serve no fucking purpose whatsoever.
