I think perhaps you are thinking of trademarking your name, but even there, I don't see how giving you bad credit would infringe on a trademark.

Trademark, patient...I have no idea what...I know it is one of them. Then you just deny the right for the company to use it. It was quite big in the UK about ten years ago with the dodgy credit rating repair companies.
