Calling him Obama is fine! I couldn't stand Bush but he was still President Bush to me, like it or not.

Just because someone doesn't like someone doesn't mean they have to be disrespectful.

One cannot call themselves a patriot or anything similar when they do not give the democratically elected President at least basic respect.
