Not really. When you goto a site (
http://www.elsevier.nl in this case) and you have the googlebar installed, the googlebar fires off a request to;

You need to know the correct value of 'ch' to get the PR back. Ive been looking about for the algorithm to generate it for a while, but its not out there (publicly anyway). I even broke out softice and tried to decompile it, but couldn't work it out.
