In other words: "don't come walsing in here, saying hey guys, come over to my adult fourm, it's much better and here's the link".

As long as it's somewhat adding to a story or so, people link to external sites all the times. Why wouldn't it be allowed to link to an outside forum every once in a while? As long as one user don't repeatedly pushes the same external forum over and over I think it's allright.
