This guy didn't write this article...he does this all the time. He reposts other peoples articles as his own all over the place as a way to drive traffic to his site and to draw subscribers to his newsletter...He will come along and claim he has some kind of rights to the content..however every instance turns out to be scraped from somewhere else.
Bottom line is ..he didn't write this article, someone named Rich Harshaw did.
