Things existing only in your head cannot be disproven simply because they exist only in your head.. no where in nature, with any empirical evidence or data to back them up.

Strange example to give - If I were with you at 4:30pm and you said that Johnny told you to masturbate, and knowing that I can see, I'd say Johnny didn't exist in reality.
However, should you say, 20 years ago, Johnny existed and every day he told me to masturbate, and each time he told me I documented it, then yeah, I couldn't disagree with you, since I have no knowing that he existed or not.
