Working on forms now with CCBill this is what I understand;

If you disclose in your payment option;

xx.xx for 30 days then xx.xx recurring every 30 days

Then you don't need anything else on your page.

If you have;

xx.xx for 30 days recurring *1

Then you have to have the terms of the recurring somewhere on the page (1. recurring every 30 days)

If you have

xx.xx for 30 days "1 (and its a recurring billing)

Then the term "recurring" has to be shown before the submit button.
