The change was not made last week.
I checked last night and it was not like that.

The recurring description must appear above the submit button. This is a requirment and cannot be bypassed.

Again I have a problem with CCBill.
Please return my recurring description below the banner as it originally was. It is not a VISA requirement or any other CC requirement to jam that RIGHT ABOVE THE submit button.
It is starred and any star is always listed at the bottom of a page. That is why it is called a "footnote".
There are other HUGE sites that process with CCBill and list the recurring description as I had originally. I'm sure they do not want there forms modified internally without there knowing as mine was.
Please fix it ASAP.
