It happened to me once. I wanted to buy a Mitsubishi Eclipse. I was already sold before I walked in the dealer. This would have been the easiest sale that this jerk-off of a salesman would have had in his entire carreer.
I'm 6'3" and the Eclpse is a smaller car than I'm used to. I want to know if it is at least comfortable for me to drive. When I asked him for a test drive he flat-out refused. "It's a good car" was all he would offer up. I went to his manager and told him that he had an asshole for a salesman and walked out. I bought a Nissan instead and made a point of showing it off to the Mitsubishi salesman the next day. What an asshole.
