this is old news right? or something similar happened weeks ago..
i recall seeing the video, the officers were trying to help the guy after they realized the tazering caused him to loose muscle control, he was even pointing into his mouth to indicate the problem.
but wasnt the reason for the tazering that he was fighting with his girlfriend?
